SH. SANJAY RATHI, (MEMBER) Bar Council of Delhi
He was elected as a member of Bar Council of Delhi in the elections held in April, 2018. Mr. Sanjay Rathi was thereafter elected as Co-Chairman, Bar Council of Delhi from 28th July 2018 lo 07th September, 2020. he played a very active role in gelling the life insurance policies and Mediclaim policies implemented for Ld. Advocates enrolled with Bar Council of Delhi was instrumental in disbursement of roughly around 23 Crores of rupees to the Advocates. Besides financial assistance, Bar Council of Delhi also provided oxygen cylinders to the Advocates and their families when there was huge crisis of oxygen supply in Delhi. Bar Council of Delhi also provided ration kits to the needy Advocates. Mr. Sanjay Rathi had also been Additional Advocate General in Supreme Court of India and had also represented Union of India is Additional Standing Counsel. He has been practicing in various Courts of Del hi including H on'ble Supreme Court of lndia and also Hon'ble High Court of Delhi.
