Mr. Ramesh Gupta, Senior Advocate, is the member of Bar Council of Delhi. Mr. Gupta is one of the leading Criminal lawyers in India and has handled numerous high profile cases involving complex issues of law. Some of the notable cases include the Uphaar Cinema tragedy case, Rahul Mahajan drugs case, 2-G Spectrum and Coal Block cases, National Herald case representing Ms. Sonia Gandhi and the Commonwealth Games case. Apart from it Mr. Gupta was awarded president medal on Law day in 2009 by Hon’ble Mrs. Pratibha Patil and is also well known in the political arena amongst the lawyers of Delhi. He was also the Chairman of Bar Council of Delhi in 2006-2007 & 2020 to August 2021. Mr. Gupta is also Hony. Professor of Law at the Amity Law School, Amity University, NOIDA and V.I.P.S., Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi.
