Mr. Rakesh Kumar Kochar, Advocate, Member, Bar Council of Delhi has been Elected as Vice-Chairman, Bar Council of Delhi with immediate effect from today i.e 11th February, 2022. Sh. Rakesh Kumar Kochar is a popular figure in the legal fraternity. He is based at Karkardooma Courts and practicing mostly in the criminal side and is known name among advocates practicing in Delhi Courts. He is very dedicated, sincere and is very popular. His father Late Sh. Ram Kanwar Kochar was also an Advocate and was an elected member of Bar Council of Delhi. As a member, for the consecutive third term that Sh. Rakesh Kumar Kochar is representing Bar Council of Delhi as a member.
